As a homeowner in Carriage Hills, you are already a member of the Association! 

HOA dues are voluntary and paying them does not obligate you to any level of participation. However, HOA funding is necessary to help keep Carriage Hills a desirable neighborhood to live in and our annual dues are extremely reasonable.

Special Note: Payment of dues is required to be eligible to vote on Board Membership or for votes that are for expenditure of HOA funds.

Annual dues should be submitted by December 1 of each year.  If you are new to the neighborhood you will only be required to pay a prorated amount - send us an email for the amount. For your convenience you can now pay your annual dues for the Carriage Hills Homeowner's Association online.
